First, to give you fair warning, I’m in a rather punny mood. And not to be catty about it (I warned you, didn’t I?), but IMHO not every designer in Second Life can create both phenomenal formal and casual wear AND be extremely Tonic-friendly in the process. (FYI, I’m now defining Tonic-friendly as offering multiple selections in a Tonic size; one or two outfits won’t cut it.) Allure is one of the few labels I’ve found where I not only love the majority of styles, but a great many of them come in a Tonic size, always fit incredibly well (no twiddling with the alpha HUD) and boast the most amazing textures and attention to detail. When I wear Allure, I always feel sexy without looking trashy (which has its place, yes, but very very rarely for me personally).
This casual outfit is a perfect example… the little “flap” top offers a hint of breast (well, a very good hint) in a crochet texture with added edging for detail; the jeans are at that perfect hip-hugging height where they flaunt my Tonic curves without being so low there’s an overabundance of skin that kills the idea of “outfit,” and carry fabulous detail both on the pockets and down the leg. Makes me absolutely purr with delight!
