THIS IS A SEMI-RECREATION OF A LOST POST. Sadly, I have no record of what I said, though I’m sure it was terribly witty, incredibly deep, and the best post ever written in the history of SL fashion blogging. That said, I’m not even going to attempt to recreate what I wrote, because I have no idea of what I was thinking at the time, though based on the title and the shot, I’m sure it had to do with how Crichton is a fantasy in many, many ways. Be that as it may, we’ll just chalk it up to the vagaries of the internet and my unwillingness to pay for backups, and recreate what’s really important… the credits.
- Skin: 7 Deadly s[K]ins – Judas in Caramel with Hairbase & one of my favorite beard styles; I just love the bit of the “bad boy” look that the cut in the eyebrow gives & the light moles. Don’t get me wrong… I like a nice guy, but I don’t necessarily want him to look like one. Also worn: Male Body Applier – Slink Hand/Feet & Body Caramel Hairy, which is one of three body types available (Smooth, Trail, & Hairy).
- Hat: Stone’s Works – Pendant Necklace, Spirit of the DragonRFL; the detail is amazing on this unisex pendant with a built-in resizer, especially when you consider that this is a FREE HUNT ITEM at the Fantasy Faire, which runs from April 18th – May 5th. - Body: Slink – Physique Male Bundle Mesh Body, including Physique Body, Dynamic Hands, & Feet… I don’t know about anybody else, but to me, the hands & feet at least are CRITICAL. Don’t get me wrong, the body is absolutely desirable, both for looks & so that you can have the shape you really want instead of standardized numbers, not to mention that clothes will really fit sooo much better, but the hands & feet with the classic body are just, well, gross.
