Happy Easter! I have to say, I’ve never quite understood the relationship of bunnies to eggs, or how they relate to the whole meaning of Easter. My understanding is that it’s linked to some pagan rituals about spring and rebirth that were “adopted”, but I’m sure the exact roots of the traditions are long lost in the annals of history and lore. (And I won’t even get started about how chocolate got into the mix let alone dressing up like a Playboy bunny for Easter in SL.) All of that said, I did dig through my inventory to find the most amazing scripted bunny ears and tail that wiggle and move, and have a life of their own, in order to have a little dress up fun for the holiday. So many fun items out there, especially at the Evil Bunny Hunt that I’ve decided to dedicate two blog posts to highlight just a few. Now get hoppin’ on all that fun shoppin’! - Eyes: NinaX – Senna Eyes. Six different color eyes, both as LeLUTKA & Omega appliers & as BOM layers (see below for the colors). As a part-bunny for the weekend, I just had to pick the pink!!! You can find these eyes on the Evil Bunny Hunt 11; your hint to find this prize at the store is: “Kiss me and I’ll give you a sweet prize!”
- Pose/Props: Something New Props & Poses – Eggnapping. I’m only showing a tiny part of a really fun couples pose for Easter (see below for designer’s shot). I’ve admittedly changed the tone of the pose from an “evil” one of “eggnapping” to more of a “nice” happy “eggoffering”, but honestly it works either way. One of two poses available as part of the Evil Bunny Hunt 11, your hint to find this pose at the store is: “Be it Easter Eggs or Hotdogs, I dont share!!!!”
