I’ve having so much fun as a fae this holiday time! As always, so much to see and do and buy and just experience! So much lightheartedness and joy, everywhere you look in SL!  My human says it’s not quite so worryfree in the real world, so I’m thrilled to be able to stay here and just flit around, from joy to joy, sprinkling fairy dust to add just that extra special bit of beauty! What can I say? Holiday time is special for human and fae alike! There’s nothing more fun than gathering with friends and maybe-soon-to-be friends to celebrate friendship and joy and love!  And the shopping, oh my!!!  One special highlight to see this year is the Jingle Bells Bazaar, by Enchanted Realms… tons of great buys for fae and human alike! If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life (and hopefully I’ve learned more than this one thing lol) is that sometimes it all burns down (either intentionally or not) and you have two choices… either sit there and lament, or dance in the flames.  And sometimes, it’s just good to feel the heat… A bit too philosophical for me today, but that’s the mood I’m in lol! I’m not really a dark fae, I lean much more towards the side of light and nature.  But I definitely have my moments!!!  Then again, as a “true” fae, someone who lives this role almost every single day, I’m not a real fan of Halloween.  All these humans donning all these kitschy costumes and are all just so cute in their little pretend fantasies.  But THIS outfit, THIS is true fantasy.  This is not a costume, this is a full character, one who could easily live year-round, going around spreading her lovely darkness.  LOVE IT! I love dragons! And they’re so popular in fantasy literature, with descriptions ranging from wise, loyal, fierce, even playful… but nowhere have I have ever read that they sleep so much!!!  Of course, it would be MY dragon to break the mold… sighs… not much I can do but wait… you’re supposed to let sleeping dogs lie… I suppose the same can be said about dragons (not that I have much choice, her skin is too thick to pinch and she’s deep into the dragon dreamworld!
