Cleopatra… the very name brings up countless images and stories, even after thousands of years. Her beauty is legendary, to the point where other queens of Egypt (except maybe for Nefertiti, and that’s probably because of her long neck and the gold collar she wore to accentuate it!) have been relegated to the mists of time. Here on the grid though, one such as I can compete against the legend, even while imitating her style with the added touch of wings (were there fae in ancient Egypt? who knows for certain)… Just one of the many many personae that can be tried on and experienced through all the fashion goodies available at Fantasy Faire. - Headpiece: Slavia – “GOD RA” Crown. The perfect accompaniment to the dress (they are even shown together at the ARKONA Faire store), it includes a HUD with 12 textures & 3 metals (see the Ad below). - Tattoos: Find the Fish – Sahoo Egyptian Tattoo, worn in Gold. Fabulous unisex tattoos, in 7 separate BOM layers — arms, legs (2), back, top, front, & bottom, plus full body to make it simpler. - Mirror: ARKONA – Magic Scarab Egypt mirror. Original mesh with PBR texture, the mirror actually reflects (if you have reflections turned on) & has a “light spark” (see the Ad below); it includes two handheld poses (RH & LH). Designed with the dress, the mirror is also a 100% RFL DONATION, & is available only at the Faire store in Requiem, located HERE.
- Wings: Fancy Fairy – Kira LITE Bento Fairy Wings, worn with a Lotus BOM layer which is exclusive to Fantasy Faire for the duration of the event. The mesh wings (sold separately) are beautifully flowy in design; the set includes 3 sizes with basic AOs for each. What I found to be unique is that the wings themselves are “skeletal” & then you can purchase addon texture sets (two textures are included with the wings), as well as Animation HUDs. I’ve used the LOTUS BOM pack, which is exclusive to the Faire for the duration of the event. IMHO it works perfectly with the dress!
